WELCOME TO THE CATHOLIC CHURCH!! Next Adult Confirmation program begins April 19, 2023. If interested, please read the following information:
Catholic adults who are active in the practice of their faith but who, for whatever reason, have never received the Sacrament of Confirmation are encouraged to do so. In our parish, the normal practice is to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation with adults at on Pentecost Sunday. Unlike adolescent Confirmation, adult Confirmation formation attempts to integrate more fully the richness of their life experiences by helping them to listen and reflect on how God has faithfully walked with them on their life’s journey.
Adult Confirmation requirements include:
- 18 years old and older
- have received Sacraments of Baptism and Holy Eucharist,
- a current copy of Baptism Certificate.
Adults interested in preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation should contact Donna Locke at RCIA@strosechurch.com or by texting 203 513 0822. We will meet on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm at 38 Church Hill, beginning April 19, 2023.
